- The hotel staff was fantastic: friendly, professional and accommodating.
Cons -
- They were horrible at assuring safety of guests in the lot after snow/ice storm, not even salting the walkway nor the lot behind the cars, to the handicap parking. It was a nightmare! I slipped and nearly fell 3x!

- Our room had no hot water, then at 1am we were switched to a different room and that room too had no hot water. Staff regarding this problem was not helpful at all.
