- Yes I was in town for work, and had a pretty late check in, upon arrival there was no rooms reserved for me, the hotel was under renovations the air was dusty the rooms were dirty and had a bad odor definitely one of my worst hotel experiences.
- Poor professional
- The staff are very rude especially the woman every time we have to check in she is rude, doesn't listen to the customers preferences and doesn't know how to talk to people. She also disappears from the desk for long time frames. Rude woman
