- Bed was comfortable as was the room. Room was clean.

- The heat seems to drop, chilling the room and then boosted up to being way too warm then yoyo-ing from too hot to cold which disrupted our sleep. The shower was out of shampoo which we let the front desk know. Couldn't get shampoo while I was in the shower itself. Little touches I have not experienced at Hiltons before
