- They gave us a room very old and ugly. The carpet was dirty. They supposed to clean every each day and they didn’t and we have to tell them many times. I was in the same hotel in Orlando much better.
- The person on the reception it was very helpful. I stayed there before and never found a person makes me feel i was home. Hopefully you train everybody to be like him

- Housekeeping and total lack of concern by the manager, Steven Height. Night staff tried to be helpful but there was nothing they could do, except communicate with the manager. When I spoke and complained to the manager about the lack of housekeeping services, he did nothing and did not show any concern. Had one housekeeping service one day during a six night stay.
