- The location of the property was excellent. Right in the heart of the town. It was easy to access the transportation centre, get the buses or just walk around.
- Excellent all around! Outstanding customer service. Great central location within Vail Village. Cozy hotel with a European feel. Delicious buffet breakfast served each morning. Highly recommend for a Vail getaway!
- Breakfast was excellent. Location perfect . Wonderful stay Exceptional!
Cons -
- The lack of ability to heat drinking water in the room. With the cold weather, that would have been a great feature to have in the room.
- $60 overnight parking fee per night was a surprise fee. It's the going rate in Vail, but it would have been nice to know about it ahead of time.
- Parking is expensive and the breakfast was lacking for the price of the hotel.

Was very quaint and clean
Parking is expensive and the breakfast was lacking for the price of the hotel.
