Pros +
- The staff was polite and professional, the Restaurant was high class and the meal was great. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The extras in the room were appreciated, even though I didn't use many of them.
- Very comfortable bed, nice balcony, nice lobby for hanging out, beautiful patios and pool area
- The location of the hotel is excellent, and the property itself is very beautiful and spacious. The restaurant food was tasty, and we really enjoyed that the hotel is large enough to walk around, relax, and even play table football inside.
Cons -
- I would have liked to have parked my own car in the garage. Valet is nice but came at an unnecessary extra cost
- Internet was unreliable, TV stopped working, no mini fridge in room, no club chair / ottoman
- The only issue was the air conditioning in the room. It didn’t maintain a comfortable temperature and was either blowing very cold or very hot air directly onto the bed, which made sleeping uncomfortable.
