Loved the design of the rooms, the lobby, etc. Staff was excellent.

YES!! It was horribly NOISY in the restaurants, even Pamela's!! We ate there the first night and did not return due to the noise.

This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever been to, the rooms were so nice and so clean, staff is really friendly, I didn’t have one problem with the hotel. I will be returning. It’s so beautiful there.

Newness and quality band staffing

Such a unique theme and atmosphere! Everything was very clean and well kept. Food was delicious at Pamela’s! Parking was convenient and our room was awesome.

Some of the lobby chairs by the fireplace look amazing but could be more comfortable to actually sit in.

The wait staff was exceptional and delivered our meals very quickly. The food was delicious. The restaurant is decorated beautifully, and the view of the front range from the large windows was amazing!

Very good view of the mountains from the room. Very pretty flowers around the pool.

The blue round mirror in the room was very distracting. I needed a regular mirror so I could sit down at the desk to put on makeup. Did not like that big round dark mirror. Also the door to the bathroom was too heavy to close easily and the closure handle was too sharp on my hand.

They did make several comments about us booking through a third party. We traveled with another couple who booked directly through them and they said our room would not be ready as quick because we booked through a third party.

It is stunning. Every part of the property is well thought out and intentional.

The wet bar/kitchen area didn’t have anything to use to clean up after yourself. No sponge, towel, dish soap, etc. also the rubbish bins were sparse. Weird to bring your rubbish from the dining area to the bedroom to dispose of.

Hotel Polaris is in a great location for accessing the USAFA. The gym facility was nice. The lobby TV area is like a family room, met some good people. Any type of amenity shop of restaurant is convenient across the highway. The food at Pamela’s and the bar is good

The Doolies restaurant was closed for the season without notice. House keeping was not complete.

Clean, lots of amenities, fun retro ambiance, multiple food choices.

New hotel. Very clean. Lovely bar area and outdoor pool / seating area. Plenty of parking. Good size car park.

Food in main restaurant average

Very nice high end feel without the high end cost. Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I left my iPad behind and they were able to locate it and send it to me which I appreciate so much!

Very comfortable room, elegant building.

I found some of the staff rude, particularly in the Aviator bar. You really need to teach them manners.
