- The options of hot springs, mountain views, helpful staff, never had a bad meal the Mineshaft did not disappoint.

- Difficult to see entrances when coming in at night.

- Staff attitudes was not very welcoming. Check out is 11:00 and check in is 4:00 the reason I chose this hotel was the pool, let people use the pool before check in or after check out. The room was a basement room should have been a discount room.
