Cons -

The rooms are outdated! The beds are uncomfortable and worn out! And the room was unclean!
They make you feel like a criminal who will steal towels. The spa is definitely not all that upscale. The massage was great but I needed a shower after the treatment and there was no hot water. Bathroom in room is more like a 2 star hotel. low water presu
