- Excellent experience! The staff was very friendly. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The service was top-notch ? they responded quickly to all requests. We will definitely come back!
- Amazing, helpful, and polite team working here. Never had a single bad encounter. Breakfast was great compared to most hotels (bonus points for making green chile available). Room was clean and nice. Bed was somewhat comfortable. Fire pits are great.
- Clean, comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do.
Cons -
- Horrible pillows. Bed was OK. TV was too small but that happens every hotel. Hate pet fees of any kind. My dogs to less damage and make less mess than most kids.
- The rooms need to be painted, shower door was in disrepair.
- No elevator with big suitcases was kind of an inconvenience. But other than that, LOVED the hotel and staff!
