- I come to this hotel because of its convenient location and the availability of a spa tub
Cons -
- We had an issue with a window that did not close tightly, maitneanace was quick and we actually moved rooms.
- The hotel manager was discriminatory
- I have stated this hotel for over 20 years. I was told by the front desk after complaining about the pet fee just to tell them at check-in that I didn?t have a dog. This trip I was called after checkout and told that I was being charged $25. Customer lost
