- After cooling off from the front desk lady making me very upset. I really liked that I wasn't stuck at that hotel rude staff horrible looking when you see in person hilton was happy to accommodate me

- The staff made up a rule not posted on site to check-in (I've stayed here a few times just like everywhere they have accepted the bank card I was told they couldn't the other nigh
- Having to pay to park in hotel parking lot even though you have paid for room, Beds are worn out, if you lay one edges you roll to middle, mattresses U shaped, pool and hot tub separate from hotel rooms, too cold, Breakfast horrible.
