The location was perfect for exploring the best of Fort Collins. It was super pet-friendly and the "Library Park" was just a short stroll away when needing to take our dog for her morning constitutional.
The service was top notch.
Location, bed was comfortable

Cons -

Noisy, can hear everything in hall and other rooms. No safe in the room, so have to take your valuables with you. We asked for a bottle of water and were charged $3.00. For the room rate , expected a little more
The room was very small. There were no chairs.

It has a very nice bar/restaurant in the basement.

The room was very small. There were no chairs.
