Internet was down. Relocated rooms and this did not fix the issue. Control over AC was not as expected.

The lack of TV channels was absolutely ridiculous. They had teams staying at the property who were playing in the NCAA Tournament and they couldn't WATCH THE TOURNAMENT because the hotel didn't offer those channels! Subpar bed.
