- It?s is very pretty and our room was nice, a king bed. I?ve stayed in different downtown hotels, our room was decent sized with a cool city view and a fun ledge you can sit on and watch the activity below.
- The suite is very nice and what I would expect.

Cons -
- House keeping knocked 3 times before checkout .
- The staff had shut down the bar and restaurant by 9:30 at what is supposed to be a high quality hotel. The property does not deliver at a Renaissance quality level.
- 3 things that need attention in 512: Left reading light not working, right outlet needs a screw and sink slow to drain.
