- They allow dogs to stay at the hotel
- The staff was outstanding and the room was spacious and nicely furnished with a great view, everything felt very high quality and in line with the star level of the hotel
- The artwork throughout the hotel is stunning. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. I arrived early and was greeted with an early check-in, which I truly appreciated.
Cons -
- Parking was confusing
- Not a lot of restaurants in the immediate area, one night our neighboring room was hosting a loud group from midnight until 3 AM - the other night was very quiet
- Not ADA friendly. No valet upon arrival. The parking garage had no signs of where to go. Elevator button didn?t work. The only door to hotel was hidden and has three stairs and no ramp. Wheelchairs have to navigate the street to front. Pillows are bad.
