Great location. Very clean and spacious rooms.

It’s a beautiful building in a good location.

Construction in almost every block of Cherry Creek.

Food in the restaurant was fantastic. I booked through booking.com and by mistake booked the wrong date. The front desk was not very helpful but booking.com was amazing. Didn't have to call anyone just switched through app and the price was lower so received a credit. Great hotel. Great location.

The hotel is located in a wonderfull area. Everything is nearby and there are many shops, cafes and restaurants to choose from.

The price is high for what the hotel offers. We paid for the location.

Loved the location—very clean and in a great area. The rooms are a good size and well-equipped with everything you need. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The food was good, and the overall vibe had great energy.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and very clean. I very much enjoyed the hotel as a whole. The location was also perfect and the neighborhood felt safe and was walking distance to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The staff were also very nice and helpful at all times during the stay which I enjoyed.

The hotel had a lot of hidden costs which was ridiculous. They tell you you have a 30 dollar a day "free" spending on food and drinks but at checkout you're charged a $30 day destination fee so it's not free credit at all. On top of that they took a ridiculously high security deposit at check in ($900) which I haven't even had that happen to me at five star hotels and they did not refund it within the allocated time. They're also supposed to put a hold on your account for security deposits so it releases at checkout but they withdraw the amount. Aside from that which was a bit annoying everything else was fine.

Great location, very good restaurant

Did not like the $30/day charge for extra purchases on the facility and the high parking charge. TV did not work properly the whole stay - service helped for about 12 hours. Cable was broken on weight machine in work out room.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location near high end stores and restaurants. Superior service from friendly staff.

The staff were kind, friendly and attentive. Jennifer at the front desk was especially helpful, going above & beyond to make sure we were happy with everything.

Our room smelled like dog/cat urine.
