Staff, location, room, beds, cleanliness.

Pool seemed a bit over the top with chemical odors, made our eyes red, and a lot of rust in that attached bathroom. Hot tub sign said under maintenance but appeared no one had touched in long time.

Great location. Loved the sitting area outside and use of table area for visiting family. Staff was friendly.

Pool was very cold. Biscuits were hard. Sausage was rubbery. Price was a little high.

Good location for our purposes.

The water pressure is terrible. The stream coming out of the shower is so weak it’s difficult to get the shampoo out of your hair. We’ve stayed there twice, 11/24 and 7/25 and was the same both times.

The rooms were clean and everything was fresh.

The guy working the night shift was friendly at first, he asked us why we were in town and we replied the renfair and it ALL went down hill from there. He couldn't figure out how to get us into our room that was prepaid so he had to call a manager to get help who didn't answer so he came back rambling about how the renfair fired him for being a creep and hitting on girl which he swears is a lie and he doesn't like rumors being spread about him. At one point one of the people in our group actually had to ask a question about breakfast to break off him tangent about the fair.

From walking in to walking out this was a great hotel. The staff was great. The room was clean, well appointed, and well maintained with lots of room. The area was full of stores, businesses, and restaurants. The views would have been great if the clouds hadn't gotten in the way. The breakfasr was above average.

The ice machine wasn't working, and I won't eat powdered eggs.

Location was good close to the highway with easy access to everywhere I was going on my trip. Breakfast was adequate

Waited 10 minutes for a front desk clerk to show up so I could check in. They only clean your room every other day. The parking lot was a disaster full of pot holes. Very noisy hotel, no sound deadening in the walls or ceiling.

Excellent location. Breakfast was good. Loved drinking coffee by the fire pit.

Plumming was awful. The hot water continued to get scalding hot, even when only slighlty turned on. Shower waterpressure was very weak, plus I couldn't turn up the water because it increased the heat to where it was unbearable. I ended up taking a shower under a light sprinkle. The fire alarm blared in the middle of our second night, like the system was being tested. Awful way to wake up! I reported this to the front desk and while they wrote down my issues, nothing changed.
