The rooms were nice and spacious. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING. Would stay here again.
The $400 incidental charge when first checking in. I feel it should be at least $200.

The room I received was quiet and well stocked. Breakfast was hot and fresh and well presented. Over hotel cleanliness was good. Staff was friendly and helpful
Internet was horrible. I do not recommend this hotel for business travelers that need internet. Had I known this ahead of time I wouldn¿t have stayed here. No alternative breakfast items present. Turkey bacon/sausage. Almond beverages not available.

location, cleanliness, room with a kitchen. My son who is stationed in Peterson SFB for the next 4 years lives very close to the hotel.
I booked for a 2 bedroom suite when I made the reservation online a month prior. We arrived at 7:30pm and was told there was no more 2 bedroom suite available. The front desk staff gave us a 2 queen bed room with a kitchen for a lower rate. No choice but to take it. Would've preferred a 2-bedroom suite.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Did not learn room cleaning was only 'on request' after 2 days. Clean towels we had to take towels to frontdesk & ask for clean ones. Stayed 4 nights and room was only partially cleaned one time, and they did not vacuum the room. Pool cold first time.

The staff were wonderful and very empathetic to our disappointment. However the hotel was booked and as hard as they tried unable to accommodate our needs. Location was excellent

Spacious room with all the amenities I needed!
my room (215) was very warm and difficult to cool off without turning on the air conditioning - it was in the 30's during my stay! I don't like the elevator placement in the middle of the hallways.

Atmosphere,size of room, smell, cleanliness.
If there were anything at all that I would suggest, it would be to improve on the thin, scratching towels. A soft, fluffy towel says a great deal about what the hotel is willing to provide, and shows they're thinking about the customers comfort.

Quiet, extremely clean, wide hallways, rooms had kitchenettes, good parking, secure area.
No hot tub. ... not a bad thing; but it was a missed amenity.
