I’ve stayed here many times and the location is amazing
The rate rates were significantly higher this time around. Maybe because of the season. But I would watch for better rates in the future.

The pool was heated and open hot tub outside by pool . Gym wasn’t crowded. Laundry area open and useful. Put us on main floor close to lobby so getting to breakfast and parking lot was good especially having children and being disabled. Staff was friendly and helpful. Full size shampoo and conditioner with shower gel and lotion in bathroom.
Wish they had a bigger selection of cereal for kids. They have the same thing everyday for breakfast options. Downgraded our room from a two queen with a sleep sofa to a smaller room with two double beds and a roll away it was a tight fit but we made it work.

Breakfast was good. The location was perfect. Everything was so convenient, shopping center, restaurants, movies, I-25. I will definitely stay again

Rooms were very clean/sanitized. Kitchen staff were friendly, helpful and hot items well stocked every morning. Did a great job having to serve everything themselves due to the pandemic.
All the fire doors to the stairwells were open all the time.

Great location. Easy to get to the main attractions in Colorado Springs. Staff was very nice, and helpful in recommending restaurants.
The swimming pool water was too cold for us to swim. We used the spa when it was available instead.
