- The pool was nice.
- convenient area. But a little scary area. There was a lot going on outside of our window in the empty parking lot behind the hotel at 3 o¿clock in the morning. We were woken up by loud cars and music. When we got up to see what was going on a bunch

- Staff was extremely rude. Told us we needed to leave a day early because they had a 'special clean' scheduled for the rooms. Had to book a different hotel for the last day of our stay in Colorado Springs.

- The staff. Woman st the desk charged me $40 deposit that she said I would get back; I'm still waiting. The woman at the desk when I checked out was just rude & the MAIN complaint...roaches!!
