Pros +
- The location, walking distance to shops and restaurants
- Nothing was likable the hotel was very poorly maintained. Breakfast was inadequate
- Close to concert venue so I was able to walk, not worry about parking
Cons -
- Absolute nightmare. Broken A/C, closed pool, and I had to plunge my own toilet. When I requested a refund they denied it because I "stayed both nights" even though my stay got WORSE over those two nights.
- Will never stay at la quinta chain again the beds were uncomfortable the locks in bathroom were broken, the floors were sticky the towels were dirty long wait on the waffle stand as only one machine working it is a total disaster of a hotel, rude staff

Hotel employee and breakfast person were awesome.
I can't reach management. # doesn't work. Night agent was horrible working her phone and I left finding lodging elsewhere. If she represents La Quinta, SHAME ON THEM. I was escorted out by family and left early. I can't even reach mgmt to complain.
