- pet friendly, great hot breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms, safe parking with security, easy to navigate for travel, stayed twice
- Fresh fruit in the lobby all day. Airport shuttle runs until 11pm. Good breakfast. Hot tub was large. Amenities were plentiful. Staff was very kind and accomodated a special request for medicab.
- The employees were awesome and the breakfast is fabulous
Cons -
- Elevator was broken. We did not get our "King Study" room, instead we got two double beds (not even queen). Ceiling and carpeting were very shabby along hallway, hotel is showing it's age in general, same in the pool area. Bed/pillows were uncomfortable.
- I asked 2 different front desk employees about airport shuttle & both told me it arrives every 30 minutes in the morning (5 am, 5:30 am, 6 am, etc). It did not come at 6 am. When driver did arrive he informed we were supposed to reserve it.
- The breakfast was sub par. Have had better at other Hampton stays. Not worth the amount of money paid per night.
