Cons -
- Sliding doors to lobby lock at night; wasnt informed at check in & had to walk completely around the building to find a door that would open. I wish hot tub would remain open 10-12 for adults only like other hotels. Walls are thin too, other loud guests!
- Had some trouble with TV connection, but gal at front desk was very helpful and came to room to fix it
- The only reason I gave the staff a 9 instead of 10 is that 2 of them got into an argument at the counter while I was sitting in the lobby. That stuff should never be public.
