Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size and they provide all the little extras that you may need.
Unfortunately the pool was out of action when we were there.

Very clean and comfortable room. The location was perfect for our needs. The staff were professional and accommodating.
The continental breakfast was okay. One of the elevators kept breaking down and we were on the 2nd floor.

Breakfast offerings of eggs, waffles, fresh fruits, coffee, and orange juice were delicious. The lobby has a concession for iced/cold water with lemon, hot water, and tea packets.
The bed was leaning downwards towards the headboard. I communicated this to the front desk in the morning. Not the worst but I was expecting that the mattress would be rotated or at least the level of the bed would be straight

The room was clean. Breakfast was great. The staff was nice and helpful. I loved the view of Pikes Peak. We also liked that there was a bar that offered food and drinks after a long drive when we got there. We all had burgers and fries, which were good.
The bar menu was mostly chicken dishes, which half of us wanted, and they were out of chicken. The pool was closed for maintenance.

Spacious room. Full size fridge. Breakfast is over and beyond what I expected. So wonderful! From the real plates to the variety of food. Clean property grounds.
The blinds in our room didn’t work. The luggage cart wheels were flat. On Bookings it showed we were getting a room with 2 queens and a sofa bed. The lady said they didn’t have anything like that so we had to make do with a king bed and a sofa bed.

Everything was superb! Breakfast was above and beyond expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

Room was quiet..bed comfy..plenty of space for a short stay
The sidewalks were not cleared of snow..was a bit slippery..not a very safe situation
