- Understaffed. Waited 20 minutes to check in. No one is ever at the front desk.

- The hotel was understaffed. There were very little breakfast choice options. We didn?t have any towels or soap in our room. Guess we?re up screaming slamming doors running down hallways half the night and it took hours for the staff to do anything.
- Pool wasn?t working and cold. Hot tub broken. I thought Hampton were 5 star but this one definitely is not
- The shower gel was empty, the coffee ran out.
