Pros +
- Room was updated, clean, and comfortable. Staff at check in were professional, informative, helpful. Staff in breakfast room was accommodating and kind. Pool and hot tub were clean.
- The staff was super friendly and provided great service throughout our stay.
- The view from the hotel is amazing and their continental breakfast was delicious and extensive.
Cons -
- We wish the indoor pool, or at least the hot tub would¿ve been open during our stay. It was pretty cold out, and ended up snow storming. We were out and about most of the trip and probably didn¿t have time to use it either way.
- The room smelled so badly of some kind of cleaner that the person I was traveling with had an asthma attack. I mentioned it to the front desk and they did nothing about it. It took your breath away when you walked in the room. It was awful.
