- The heater was not working and was a bog issue. The staff did not help us set the heater up and it was -10 degree, we did not even get another room as an alternative
- The location of the room was extremely disappointing. To be in the beautiful mountains of CO and when in this unit, all you see is a busted up trampoline and some other contraption was a Big letdown! I will not book a room through this site again.
