- The location was great and and the shuttle service was convenient. The breakfast was good also.

Cons -
- The booking.com didn’t mention anything about a parking fee. Full disclosure wouldbe appreciated.
- We booked this hotel from previous experience and loved the hot pool. The entire time we stayed the hot pool was out of order, front staff knew nothing and had no updates or information, the main reason we booked and paid the price was because of their hot pool after a long day skiing. Whilst the hotel offered an alternative it was inconvenient and the pools were either out of order or disgusting. Won’t stay here again, would have appreciated an update and we would have cancelled free of charge as per our booking as the hot pool was out of order prior to our arrival. Maybe offer your guest a partial refund when you advertise facilities and yet the entire stay they are unavailable and you can’t even communicate it!

Rooms were great, breakfast okay
We booked this hotel from previous experience and loved the hot pool. The location worked well for walking. There is a shuttle, though we didn't use it Breakfast options were better than most.Fitness center was good In room kitchen was nice
