One Ski Hill, A Rockresort

Pros +

• Ski valet was extremely helpful and convenient. Beds were comfortable
• Property was located right at the base of peak eight. Very close to the ski rental shop. Easy to check in. All the additional amenities, including the bowling alley in the pool table in the sauna and pool are all nice additions for all the family members.
• They went above and beyond

Cons -

• We were told we’d have housekeeping every other day. When housekeeping came, they tossed a handful of towels in the entry on top of our shoes and that’s it. Never once changed trash or cleaned anything. Coffee pot was cheap and old and the lid was broken. Same with the hair dryer, smelled like it had a short. The washer and dryer are old and barely work. Clothing didn’t come clean and never dried despite running it through multiple cycles. Water took 5+ min to heat up everywhere in the house. Restaurants are grossly overpriced, close very early and have poor service and quality. Common areas were dirty and unkept including the pool area, which ran out of towels and had trash laying around. The waterfall feature pictured online was off the whole week we were there.
