- The staff were incredibly helpful. The valet team helped find street parking. I was sitting on a conference call and someone brought me water unasked. Really above and beyond.
- Great location to walk in Aspen. Walked to several great hiking trails from the hotel also. Beautiful view from the rooftop!
Cons -
- Pool on roof not staffed properly as well no towels and snow was not cleaned off chairs
- Our room was right next to a service elevator and one night at 2am there was a lot of noise loading and unloading and running the elevator.
- Price, too many resort fees. Price of hotel went up considerably once all taxes and resort fees were included. There was no daily parking. Had to use valet or park blocks away if you could find street parking.
