- Location
- Staff was polite, but the room I had on the 4th floor had no air conditioning, no climate control & couldn't open the windows to vent. Parking is across the street from the hotel. Not sure what the resort fee covered. Hotel is dated. Not worth the $$$
- Beautiful hotel, excellent location
Cons -
- The price is higher than the accommodations provided. No A/C, no way to ventilate the room, dated hotel, parking sucks.
- Staff performance was sub par. Numerous big & small mistakes that don't belong at a 5 star hotel at 5 star prices, and the staff really couldn't care about guest happiness. Room insulation is poor so you can hear everything in your neighbor's rooms
- Need to upgrade their lobby.
