Cons -
- The front desk could not find our reservation and we waited for a long time till we got that settled. Then the key wouldn?t work and we had to go back twice to the front desk to get that settled.?. And we were tired !

- There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the window was locked at about an inch opening so we couldn?t get the room to de-humidify after our showers.
