- Has a welcoming feel, cosy, great location, nice big parking lot with ample parking spots.
- Friendly staff
- Location is good and staff are friendly.

- The motel is not maintained very well. The bathtub/shower compartment was repaired in a very poor way so it looked dirty. The room we stayed in hadn¿t been cleaned in at least a month so dead bugs and a very dirty toilet from the poor water quality.
- Advertised amenities like gym, & spa did not exist. The continental breakfast had the least amount of items of any hotel I have ever stayed. I chose to pay extra for this facility, compared to other area hotels, due to the advertised upgrades.
