Pros +
- The location is great. Several resturants in easy walking distance. The West Hollywood lap pool is a couple of blocks away. The Beverley Center is within walking distance.

- The location is really amazing, both for getting around the city by car, and even in a city where no one walks, for walking.
Cons -
- Hot water took more than 5 minutes to come up- in the middle of a severe drought. No instructions or directory in room for anything- for example, the clock was impossible to figure out and had the wrong time throughout the stay. The room patio was filth
- The room I was in, 435, on the top floor suffered from proximity to the generators or machinery on the roof. At points things in the room rattled, and it often felt like I was in the engine room of a boat feeling the vibrations all around me.
- - We waited a full forty minutes for the room when we arrived at 3PM and still did not get the room I reserved. -The clock in the room is a total puzzle to set or use. It showed the wrong time and I couldn't fix it; nether could the "engineering" staff.
