- Skybar Casa Madera The Artwork The Location The Access to events because yours guess at the hotel.
- The concierge printed some long documents twice and with a warm smile. The hotel exceeded my expectations, the location was perfect, and the price was fair but it?s Hotel employee service that I will remember.
Cons -
- Yes, check in and billing has been a mess. Still waiting on the credit to my Amex for incidental charge and have called 5 time
- Parking/valet was very slow
- The bathrooms kinda small.
