They are not willing to accommodate outside of their very strict cancellation policy, and when you send them an email or leave a voicemail, they will not get back to you about it. It is important that if you do decide to stay here (I would not recommend it), that you book travel insurance so you don't lose your money. For a place with a lot of unpredictable weather, you would think they would have a more lenient cancelation policy. I was not able to make it to my reservation because Amtrak cancelled my trip the night before, which was completely beyond my control. Definitely weigh the pros and cons of staying here, and once again be sure to pay for that travel insurance if you do. The one time I didn't pay for it, I need it. Almost $300 in the garbage.
