- It’s a very nice property with modern architecture, features, and design.
- The scene
- The gated entrance was nice and free parking felt safe inside
Cons -
- I had to wait 22 minutes after 3:00pm because my room wasn’t ready. When I asked if I would be receiving compensation for the delay the clerk offered me a bottle of water as if was really going to make a difference. I told him that’s not enough he and he said he would have to get the manager involved so I told him that I okay with talking to him but he never did. The most disappointing part of the stay is the very worn out mattress, sagging in the middle lumpy I didn’t sleep well at all. One more thing they made our bed with a sheet that is so old and worn out that it has little balls of fabric throughout it. You tell me how many years does that take to get a fitted sheet that way? My guess is 10+ years.
