- Hot tub was cold. Was told by staff it Would warm up on ten minutes if Jets were turned on. That didn?t work. Having a child, this was one of the main reasons for booking this location.
- Our room was located next to the building fan so we couldnt sleep at night. They shouldnt make that as a guest room. They did give us a different room the next day but we were already upset about the prior night
