Best Western Plus Country Park Hotel

We liked the fact we could call directly for a reservation …. We will not use Booking.com ever again!!!

This property is located conveniently close to great local amenities and was very easy to find.

I was there for one night only, and it was all around great!

There wasn't anything I didn't like!

I liked the location.. that was it

First and foremost the customer service; it’s actually the reason I went next door to their competitor instead of extending my stay… neither of the ladies at the front desk could understand me, and they acted like it was my fault for communicating in English. It took fifteen minutes to get them to understand that I would like to put something in the freezer. After that I avoided asking for anything else. The value for money is just not there. In the time that I stayed at the facility housekeeping did not come once to clean my room. Resulting in me needing to ask for a plunger more then once as the toilet kept on getting clogged and asking for more toilet paper.
