- No Room service, rude staff and amenties not working
- Waited at the front desk for the manager to resolve our room mistake. took over 1 hour of just standing there.
- Room was very small and not as clean as I would like. Lots of things not working, like the fire pit. An alarm kept going off during our stay and maintenance could not seem to locate it.
