The hostess checking me in was very helpful when I could not join for breakfast. Ordered me a takeout breakfast. When I called after being double charged. Gabriel took care of it very quickly and efficiently.
The rooms and amenities were nice. The entire hotel was clean and the staff pleasant. Did not go to Happy Hour, but heard it was good.
Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Easy check-in check-out.

Cons -

I got double charged for the room. If I had not followed up I would have lost money coming to your hotel.
Taken out from my account more money than I thought it was so I would like it for you to get my money back on to my bank account
Unfortunately, the noise level was bad. Every door slams shut! I thought that I heard elephants above me. 1/2 roll of TP! The free breakfast was just okay. The fruit was sour and the yogurt to go with it tasted odd. No way to cut a bagel. Cream Cheese?
