- Hotel employee from the front desk was the best part of our experience. She was so helpful and kind.
- The view
- I enjoyed the view from the balcony.
Cons -
- I asked for a fan , the guests above me on the top floor, was very loud!!!
- Shower water temperature was constantly changing from hot to cold. Refrigerator was stocked with drinks from hotel but there was no room for personal food or drinks
- Santa Monica has a homeless problem and this location was in the center. Not the hotels fault, bit the City itself has a huge problem.
