- The staff was wonderful. The free breakfast was great. Loved the rooms they were very clean, comfortable and loved that there was a kitchen with everything that you would need.. so nice and convenient.
- The bed was super comfortable and room environment very quiet. TV channels were great and having access to a small mini fridge worked. It would've been nice to have some plates, cutlery or paper towels handy. There was a wok which we didn't use. It was nice to be able to reach the front desk at all times and having the option of late checkin and checkout time of 12noon was great.

Cons -
- An extra $20 a night for parking seemed extreme - especially because if you came in later parking wasn't available due to the construction onsite so we had to park on the street. Our room had a small balcony but it was filthy - covered in an ash and dirt. The room smelled of disinfectant when we walked in but then aired it out. I gave the facilities a low rating only because the construction took up the majority of the property and not being able to use the balcony at all. Once the construction is over it'd probably be a great place to stay.
