This motel is located on Santa Barbara's waterfront, only one block from Stearns Wharf. The inn offers a danish and coffee each morning and views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. Alamar by the Sea Motel features guest rooms with cable TV and free Wi-Fi. A sundeck with ocean and mountain views is offered at the Alamar Sea Motel. A business center is also available. - It appears the room above us was occupied by someone that was renovating the room and they kept us up until midnight and restarted at 5 in the morning and we did not get a good night of sleep.
- The desk clerk came into the room unannounced at 8:30 am, saying there was a mixup on the reservation which had previously been paid the preceding night. People were still asleep and it felt extremely invasive.
- air conditioning was very loud, hampering sleep, very limited parking, room was cramped, floor was very dirty.
