Pros +
- The room was great, light and airy. Bed was comfortable. Location was wonderful.
- The staff were and have been in the past amazingly friendly. They were a wealth of wonderful suggestions. As a woman traveling alone with two kids, I was so grateful for the kindness, atmosphere, location and everything being so clean. My son loves the continental breakfast in the morning which made this repeat visit a must for him.

Cons -
- I booked a room with a balcony, on purpose, as a surprise for my partner because we were celebrating. The property messaged me a week before informing me that the same room I stayed in previously wouldn’t be available, but assured me I would still get a balcony room. Upon check in, the agent told me they accidentally gave another guest my room so I would not get a balcony. I work in hotels so I understand issues happen, but the fact that they messaged me a week earlier about the room, makes me think they overbooked and were hoping someone didn’t show. In the moment, they did not seem very apologetic, but when checking out, Casey, the manager, stopped me to apologize again and offered a discount on the nights’ stay and a future stay. While I am grateful, I would’ve just preferred to get the room I booked and likely won’t be returning. I don’t take out of town trips a lot as it’s hard to get time off work so it was a bummer that we didn’t get to enjoy the balcony for our celebration like we had expected.

I love this hotel. It’s beautiful, has a great location, and is always clean. I’ve been here 3 times now and 2 of the times were perfect.
