The location
You can walk right out on to Main Street. (But stay on main and do not go walk behind hotel)

Cons -

There was construction happening in the hotel.
The shower was only half enclosed which means water went everywhere
If you get street side,walls are going to thump all night from music and activity.Mattresses are NOT soft. The main drag is blocked from traffic, but the "bicyclists" are not there for vacation, they are going to run you over.Pet rooms are carpeted :(

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the location is great if you want to be downtown. We could walk to nice restaurants and bars.

The noise between rooms. We had an awkward experience one morning with a couple on our floor having a passionate experience. You could hear it VERY loudly in the hall and once we were in our room, even over the tv! I felt bad for the family in the hallway
