- Location is good
- It’s a lovely clean hotel with very friendly helpful staff. I have stayed in higher starred hotels that were no where near as nice as this.
- I love this place! Location, pool and friendly staff
Cons -
- The staff keeps on looking at us everytime we leave, i ask them if there was any problem, they just sway their hear from right to left
- Very little it has a small breakfast offering which could perhaps offer a little bit more but that is being very picky
- Hot tub jets did not work

Adrian was very welcoming upon arrival. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and size of the guest rooms. There was very strong water pressure in the shower too. The Mason Beach Inn is conveniently located only a block away from the beach and walking distance to the Funk Zone and State Street.
There was a discrepancy in the cost for parking; the online check-in quoted both $18/night and $14/night.
