Location, Park in front of room.
Very nice design of room- excellent kitchen space and fantastic shower! Soft bed and immediate hot water from faucet. Perfect for one or two people. Thank you!
The room was nicer than expected for the price

Cons -

This motel is used by the unhoused population when they can afford a place to stay, so for that I am grateful. As a person coming into SB for work it was not ideal, lots of the neighbor's doors opening and closing all night long, I didn't get much sleep.
High pet fees.
Bed sheet had a hole in it and floor corners were dusty and dirty.
