Very walkable neighbor with shops and restaurants that I patronized daily.

Cons -

Noisy, people slamming doors, pounding, walls too thin, room not big enough for the table, which was crammed between window and bed. No tissues.
Cancellation policy unclear. No breakfast. Room with king bed was small. I booked double queen, but when I arrived with only myself, I agreed to take single room, but there was no offer to refund difference in charges.
Small room, lumpy bed, surprised by location Labeled as "downtown motel", it was no where near downtown.

Location

The heat didn't work for 2 days. The bedding had cigarette burns. There was hair on the towels, key card and floor. The paint was chipping. There were only a couple hangers. The price was expensive for the quality of the hotel.
